We currently ship orders across India. For international shipping, please contact us at info@realstones.in to check availability and shipping costs.

Standard Domestic Shipping: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight/value of your order.
International Shipping (if applicable): Charges vary depending on the destination and will be communicated before order confirmation.
Any additional taxes, customs duties, or import charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

If accepted, document the issue with photos and notify us within 24 hours of delivery for investigation.
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged after successful delivery.
