Return & Refund Policy

At Real Stones (operated by Adyama Gold Jewellery Pvt Ltd), we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every gemstone purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the gemstone(s).
- Unused Condition: The item(s) must be unused and in original condition.
- No Alteration or Mounting: The gemstone(s) must not be altered or used in any form of ornament-making (e.g., rings, pendants, etc.).
- Original Packaging: Products must be returned with original certificates, packaging, and invoice.
If any of the above conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@realstones.in or call +91 9051407213 with your order details and reason for return.
- Our team will provide instructions and a return address.
- Ensure the package is securely packed and shipped as instructed.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping and packaging.
Refund Terms
- Upon receiving and verifying the returned gemstone(s), we will process the refund within 24 to 48 business hours.
- The refund amount will be adjusted for both forward and return shipping charges (2-way shipping).
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- If the product fails inspection due to use, alteration, or damage, the refund may be denied.
General Terms & Conditions
- Real Stones reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
- We are not liable for loss or damage during return transit.
- Any promotional discounts or coupon values used at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
- Customized gemstones or special orders are non-returnable unless damaged in transit and reported within 24 hours of delivery.
